Support our innovative start-up in the backoffice to centrally map and manage all business processes. This includes taking on customer and supplier orders and supporting the team in the administrative area.
Having varied responsibilities, you will work at our office in Magdeburg or from your home office in a friendly team with flat hierarchies and flexible working hours.

YOUR FIELD OF WORK
Office management support for the team
General business correspondence
Recording of data, orders and offers in the ERP system
Booking orders and transactions incl. correspondence with the tax advisor
Clarification of deadlines with suppliers, customers and production
Organize appointments and meetings and, if necessary, prepare and follow up
Planning business trips and accounting for them
Administrative preparation of trade fairs and participation in events
Preparation of investment decision through the preparation of evaluation criteria
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or similar
Your organizational skills are complemented by your strong teamwork and communication skills
In addition to a structured way of working, you have a good sense for urgent tasks
Your are business fluent in German and English
You have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Previous experience with ERP systems is desirable
